2012 in review

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all. Thank you for visiting Farmlet since I started it in February, 2011. I really appreciate all of your comments.

Love and best wishes for 2013 from me; the Bearded One; dog Ruby; cat Garfield; goats Pearl, LaLa, and Sage; and hens Leah, Anna, Danielle, Kimber, Jane, Cheetah, Dusty, Stevie and Spot.

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

4,329 films were submitted to the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. This blog had 18,000 views in 2012. If each view were a film, this blog would power 4 Film Festivals

    • Suzanne, Happy New Year to you and Bob, and may we have many wonderful coffee dates in twenty-thirteen! Did you see that “vagina painting” was one of the top search terms that got people to the Farmlet this year? lol Hope the searchers weren’t disappointed! 😉

  2. Happy New Year Seestor and the Bearded One! It’s such a highlight reading the Farmlet posts each week….thanks for sharing your magical world and may 2013 be filled with great health, lots of laughter and critter wisdom for us all…..hugs and love…….

  3. I too have enjoyed the Farmlet life; critters; friends and family. May 2013 be rewarding and upbuilding, no matter what might cross our paths!

  4. Thanks for sharing your annual report from WordPress. They did one for me too. It’s an interesting way to look back on the past year.
I love reading about your farmlet, the stories, pictures and stick drawings.

    • Thanks, Jean. I liked seeing your annual report — that’s why I decided to share mine, too! I love your allotment, especially how you involve children in the process. And persons in wheelchairs! I’m inspired by the community involvement. Press on in 2013!

Happy New Year to the Farmlet.
It’s fun finding out the statistics. Dennis has been telling me about all the countries that read his Exclusively Wildlife blog.
Just recently he has had readers from Afghanistan, Ecuador, Kenya, & Honduras. So far 81 countries.
    Here’s my belief for 2013:
It’s obviously not going to be politicians.
It’s going to be the “Bloggers” & their worldwide readers – the Farmlet nurturers and the Wildlife lovers – that bring peace to the planet!
Here’s to you, the Bearded One, the goats, the chicks, the cat, the dog and all the fruits and veggies!!!!
    C

    • What a wonderful prediction, Christine! And it is mindboggling how world-wide our blogging net spreads. An amazing power, and what better goal than peace? We are not alone! Here’s to you and Dennis and a peaceful future for Mother Earth. 🙂
